In accordance with the Movement Control Order announced by the Prime Minister on 16 March 2020, KIAN will be temporarily closing all offices, showrooms and warehouse in Malaysia from 18 March – 12 May 2020 to implement social distancing. This is to adhere to the measures set up by the Malaysian government to reduce the risk of spreading the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
During this period of movement restriction, we regrettably inform that all deliveries, installations and showroom visits will be postponed until after the restriction has been lifted, from 13 May 2020 onwards. Instead, our proactive teams will be working remotely to service you as social distancing is key in mitigating infection. Thanks to the capabilities of our reliable IT team and infrastructure, we are still able to provide you with the necessary files and data, as well as contact with our salespeople through the various channels such as video conferencing, phone call and email. Don’t be shy to contact us if you have any inquiries. We’re more than happy to help!
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and keep you updated of any significant developments and notices from the government. As our China factory is back to normal and running at full capacity, you can be rest assured that our services in Malaysia will also be back to full capacity, and our offices, showrooms and warehouse will be reopened until and after the restriction on 13 May 2020 if there are no further extensions from the government.
